A healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support budgeting, financial forecasting, operational analysis, and performance reporting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct financial research, data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and trend analysis
• Prepare reports and recommendations related to financial performance and operational efficiency
• Analyze provider performance metrics, benchmarking, and compensation data
• Support annual budgeting and financial planning processes
• Lead projects, coordinate assignments, and provide guidance to team members
• Evaluate processes, programs, and budgets to identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare documentation to support regulatory compliance requirements
• Present findings and recommendations using reports, charts, and data visualizations
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with healthcare data and privacy regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or operational finance preferred
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret financial and statistical data effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in healthcare or regulated environments is advantageous
Schedule:
• Full-time
• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
