Provide installation, training, and support services for Nosis and STRMS software and mobile applications fielded onboard submarines, surface ships, and shore facilities. Become proficient with shipboard network configurations and with the use and employment of fielded applications. Provide Help Desk services to document, respond to, and resolve application operational issues and track them to resolution.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Administration, Information Systems, etc., or equivalent combination of education and experience plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree.CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
