What You’ll Be Doing
Lead complex system installations, upgrades, and critical deployments

Perform deep root-cause analysis across integrated systems
Mentor and develop Field Service Engineers and support teams
Improve system reliability, uptime, and maintenance strategies
Partner cross-functionally with R&D and Operations on improvements
Represent my client during high-visibility customer situations

Expertise in servicing highly complex, integrated systems
Advanced diagnostic skills across multi-system environments
Ability to lead technically without formal authority
Flexible for short-notice, high-priority travel deployments
