Job Summary:
The Estimator III is responsible for leading complex estimating efforts and preparing accurate, competitive cost estimates for large-scale Design/Build, Design Assist, GMP, and Plan & Spec projects. This role is a key contributor to the pre-construction process, supporting project strategy, developing conceptual budgets, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project pursuits.
The Estimator III also provides mentorship to junior estimators, maintains estimating tools and databases, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of departmental processes.

Travel to offices, shops, or job sites may be required 10-20% of the time.
Hours:
This is an exempt position. Workdays are scheduled from Monday through Friday. Typically, work hours begin and end between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm as scheduled with the position's supervisor. Occasional overtime may be necessary for business needs.

Competitive Wages:
$80,550 to $110,475 annually. Applicants please note that actual compensation is determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location, among others. The offered wage or salary is only one aspect of an employee's total compensation.
