We are hiring a Senior CMMS Deployment Engineer to support a global Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS/CAMS) rollout within a leading Medical Device organization.

Responsibilities:
Support global CMMS deployment and site transitions from legacy systems
Assess current maintenance processes and drive adoption of standardized work management practices
Act as a CMMS Subject Matter Expert (SME) for deployment, training, and user adoption
Support data migration activities related to assets, maintenance plans, and equipment records
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, IT, PMO, Quality, and Maintenance teams
Provide post go-live (Hypercare) support and continuous improvement recommendations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of experience in Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability, or related fields
Hands-on experience with CMMS/EAM systems
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
