Senior Enterprise Applications Manager

SUMMARY
The Enterprise Applications Manager will work with management and stakeholders for assessment,
planning, and transformation of enterprise technology platforms, products, and services. The Enterprise
Applications Manager will be deeply hands-on, highly technical, and passionate about technical
deliverables. Collaborate and partner with Business Stakeholders, Cross Functional Teams, and peers
within Enterprise Technology to architect and design best possible technical solutions. Partner with
developers and program managers to establish timelines and ensure delivery of projects and requests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make sure project plans are established and executed.
Oversee the activities of different project teams.
Partner with developers and program managers to establish timelines and ensure delivery of projects
and requests
Schedule and oversee meetings with development team, vendors and stakeholders.
Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and IT departments to translate business requirements into
technical solutions.
Projects may include launching new technologies, optimizing existing processes, supporting new
features, data migration and QA/QC Automation
Makes sure IT deliverables are aligned with IT principles, guidelines, standards, and solution patterns
to ensure application and solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture
vision.
Supervise the right functional/technical experts and effectively lead Incident, Problem, Root-Cause
Analysis, Change, and Configuration management
Work with vendors where necessary to ensure project plans are delivered on time and on budget.
Manage communications with business users and setting accurate expectations for Project Timelines.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer/Information Science, Finance, Accounting,
Management Information Systems or related discipline
10+ years of experience in solution/ system architecture role and managing team of developers and
SME’s
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Deep knowledge of core enterprise technology systems, Oracle Cloud Applications ERP & EPM,
and Enterprise SaaS applications
Experience in Implementation of Enterprise SaaS Applications like Oracle Cloud ERP-
Financials, Oracle EPM.
Functional Expertise in configuration and management of Oracle Cloud EPM/ERP modules,
including Financial Reporting Studio, Data Management, and Smart View.
Experience leading architecture planning and governance in a hybrid cloud technology portfolio
Experience in Oracle Cloud ERP Financial applications GL, AP, AR, FA, CM and EPM modules.
Experience in full cycle implementation and driving Production Support and Enhancements on
Oracle Cloud Applications.
Experience managing system configurations, upgrades, and integrations.
Experience in Project Management in Agile, Scrum and Hybrid methodologies.
Strong understanding of ERP architecture and integrations (e.g., with payroll, procurement), and
reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.
Ability to communicate technical and business strategy successfully to audiences of varying
levels of experience, background, and seniority
Excellent analytical, planning, organizational and technical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
Engineering and Construction related Industry Knowledge would be preferred
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position
Ability to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management
and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
