Position: Senior Engineering Manager

Location: Hod Hasharon (Hybrid)

We're looking for a senior engineering leader to join our organization and lead our GenAI, data and analytics foundations. This role will be reporting to the site manager – VP, Engineering.

This role is for someone who combines technical credibility with leadership maturity.

What you will do

  • Lead and grow multiple engineering teams focused on GenAI, data, and analytics platforms
  • Develop and mentor engineering managers and technical leaders, fostering clear ownership and strong decision-making
  • Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for scalable, reliable, production-grade systems
  • Drive alignment across engineering, product, and senior leadership on priorities, risks, and trade-offs
  • Ensure platforms deliver real customer and business value, not just technical outputs
  • Lead teams effectively through change, ambiguity, and evolving technology landscapes

What makes you an ideal candidate

  • You are technically strong - you don’t need to code every day (although you sometimes wish you could), but you understand architecture, tradeoffs, data systems, and modern AI well enough to challenge designs and guide direction
  • You are a leader of leaders - you build strong managers and tech leads, set clear ownership, and help teams make good decisions independently
  • You care deeply about outcomes and customer impact, not just shipping features
  • You know how to build production grade AI/ML and GenAI systems - not demos - with a strong focus on reliability, evaluation, cost awareness, and real customer impact
  • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, change, and a rapidly evolving ecosystem, and can help teams stay focused and motivated while things shift
  • You communicate clearly, bring structure in chaotic moments, and earn trust across engineering, product, and executive stakeholders
  • Are you proficient and have working experience with many of the following: Java, C#, Terraform, K8, AWS, Oracle, Vertica, Kafka, Stream processing, AI/ML

  • Teams are motivated, clear on ownership, and confident in their decisions
  • GenAI and data platforms are reliable, scalable, and delivering real value
  • Technical and product tradeoffs are made consciously, not by default
  • Leadership has clear visibility into progress, risks, and priorities - without micromanagement
  • The organization gets stronger as the ecosystem keeps changing
