About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electronic Device Engineer to join our advanced R&D team. This role focuses on the design, development, and optimization of next-generation electronic devices and components. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong industry experience, and the ability to drive innovation from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of electronic devices, components, and systems, including analog/digital circuits and semiconductor-based devices
Conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, testing, and performance optimization
Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product integration
Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring reliability and performance standards
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and materials in electronic engineering
Contribute to technical documentation, patents, and internal knowledge sharing
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related fields
Minimum 10+ years of relevant industry experience in electronic device development
Strong background in circuit design, device physics, or semiconductor technologies
Proven experience in product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization
Experience with simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB, Cadence) and lab testing equipment
Familiarity with industry standards and quality systems
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in a Fortune Global 500 company
Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Experience in international or cross-cultural engineering teams
Background in advanced materials, sensors, power electronics, or integrated circuits is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: USD 150,000 – 250,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Additional Incentive: USD 120,000 annual subsidy for the first three years
