This is a mission critical focused role — data centers, financial institutions, healthcare facilities — but you don't need to have worked in mission critical before. If you're a strong senior EE with solid MEP design experience, they'll back you to make the transition.

What you'll bring
5+ years in MEP electrical design
Comfortable leading projects from design through construction admin
Revit, AutoCAD and power systems tools (ETAP or similar a plus)
PE licence preferred, not essential
Mission critical experience not required
