Senior Electrical Engineer

Trident Consulting is currently seeking an "Senior Electrical Engineer" for one of our industry-leading clients in Burlington, MA (Onsite), a global leader in medical technology and pharmaceutical Industry.

Position: Senior Electrical Engineer

Location: Burlington, MA (Onsite)

Duration: Contract

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $58/hr on W2

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with strong experience in complex PCB design, circuit development, system integration, and regulated medical devices. The ideal candidate will lead electrical design activities for next-generation electro-opto-mechanical medical systems, including schematic capture, PCB layout, simulation, verification, validation, and compliance testing.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Electrical Engineering experience
• Analog, Digital, Mixed-Signal & Power Electronics Design
• Multi-layer PCB Design and Board Bring-up
• Altium Designer (preferred), ORCAD, Allegro PCB
• PSpice, LTSpice, MATLAB/Simulink
• Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, EMC/EMI & Thermal Analysis
• Communication Protocols: I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, Wi-Fi, BLE
• FDA Design Controls, Verification & Validation (V&V)
• ISO 13485 / QMS Environment
• IEC 60601-1 and IEC 60601-1-2 Compliance
• Medical Device Industry Experience Preferred
