Location: Oak Brook, Illinois (Hybrid, onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in .NET, C#, and related Microsoft technologies, along with demonstrated leadership capabilities or the potential to grow into a leadership role. Additionally, this individual should be comfortable translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and acting as a key liaison between business and technology teams.

SQL & Data Access

- Collaborate with QA, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to deliver high-quality solutions
Senior-Level Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable, high-performance applications
- Lead projects or major modules from concept through delivery
- Provide technical leadership and influence architectural decisions
- Mentor and guide Junior and Mid-Level Developers
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices to maintain code quality and promote best practices.
