The City of Portland is seeking to fill a regularly appointed Senior Disability Employment Analyst (Human Resources Analyst II) position.
The Senior Disability Employment Analyst will be a key staff member of the Benefits Division within the Bureau of Human Resources. The incumbent will lead individual ADA accommodation cases by engaging employees and job applicants during the interactive reasonable accommodation request process. This position will also serve as a technical expert on ADA Title I and PWFA, providing guidance to bureaus in supporting employees with disabilities.
