Senior Director, Supply Chain

Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Director, Supply Chain to lead core supply chain operations during a pivotal period of transformation and growth. This individual will play a critical role in managing the company’s contract manufacturing network, improving performance across key supply chain metrics, and helping establish a more connected, high-touch operating model as the business stands up independently.
This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and is equally comfortable driving strategy and executing at a detailed level. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in food or beverage, deep exposure to contract manufacturing, and a hands-on leadership style.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day management of our contract manufacturing network across multiple facilities and partners
- Develop and maintain strong, high-touch relationships with external manufacturing partners
- Oversee performance across quality, service, cost, and operational KPIs
- Establish and manage regular business reviews with contract manufacturers
- Drive accountability and continuous improvement across the manufacturing network
- Support identification, evaluation, and onboarding of new manufacturing partners as needed
- Partner cross-functionally with quality, planning, sales operations, and finance to ensure strong execution across the business
- Build and help refine supply chain processes as Justin’s continues to operate as a standalone organization
- Lead, coach, and develop direct reports within transportation/logistics and procurement
- Travel regularly to manufacturing partners to maintain visibility, relationships, and performance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required: advanced degree a plus
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, preferably in food or beverage
- Strong contract manufacturing experience required
- Experience managing co-manufacturing networks across multiple sites and partners
- Demonstrated success in a fast-moving, lean, growth-oriented environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs, service, quality, cost, and supplier performance management
- Proven ability to work both strategically and tactically
- Comfortable operating in a highly collaborative, in-person, accountability-driven culture
- ERP experience required; NetSuite experience helpful but not required
Preferred Background
- Food experience strongly preferred
- Beverage experience may be considered if highly relevant
- Experience in a branded CPG environment with outsourced manufacturing strongly preferred
- Familiarity with network expansion and partner qualification is a plus
Travel / Work Environment
- Based in Boulder, CO
- Preference for regular in-office presence
- Approximately 25%+ travel expected, with regular visits to manufacturing partners
