Live Arts Toledo is a collective consisting of the Toledo Symphony, Toledo Ballet, Toledo Jazz Orchestra, Toledo Symphony School of Music, and Toledo Symphony Youth Orchestras. Position OverviewThe Senior Director of Education and Enrollment provides strategic and operational leadership for Live Arts Toledo’s performing arts education programs with a primary focus on recruitment, enrollment growth, and program excellence. This role oversees education staff, faculty engagement, and program operations to ensure high-quality learning experiences for students of all ages while strengthening the organization’s role as a regional leader in arts education.
Success in this position will be measured by sustained enrollment growth, strong faculty leadership, improved operational efficiency, and expanded community participation in Live Arts Toledo’s music and dance education programs.
The Fine Print- This position is full-time/exempt, in office with mostly daytime hours. Some nights and weekends will be required from time to time.
- Paid leave includes five sick days, two personal days, your birthday, and at least 12 paid holidays. In addition, four weeks paid vacation and a flexible work schedule during the summer is provided with the ability to roll over 5 days (40 hours) unused vacation time annually.
