Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Information Services Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, collaboration across teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Application Design & Development
- Analyze business and functional requirements to define effective design strategies
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications aligned with organizational standards
- Translate concepts into technical designs, coding parameters, and functional solutions
- Develop and deploy code using modern tools, automation frameworks, and testing platforms
Technical Delivery & Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues and implement cost-effective, efficient solutions
- Integrate software components into existing enterprise systems, ensuring performance and compatibility
- Install, configure, and validate software components and system functionality
- Participate in system evaluations, providing insights on cost, compatibility, and scalability
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Follow industry best practices, coding standards, and SDLC methodologies
- Troubleshoot issues across testing cycles and ensure continuous quality improvement
- Contribute to process standardization and performance monitoring frameworks
- Document all phases of development to support maintenance and future enhancements
Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members
- Support team collaboration and knowledge sharing initiatives
- Assist in driving technical excellence and delivery consistency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in software development within corporate environments
- Strong experience in design, coding, and deployment of enterprise applications
- Expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and programming principles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in .NET / C# and web-based application development
- Experience with automation tools (RPA, test automation)
- Familiarity with Microsoft IIS, Linux, Unix, Apache environments
- Knowledge of enterprise integration, databases, and system architecture
- Experience working with Azure DevOps / Team Foundation Server (TFS) or similar tools
