Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support in clinical environments. This role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting end-users, managing IT assets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across locations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite and remote IT support using ServiceNow
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Support onboarding, installations, and user requests
  • Manage IT assets, shipping, and device lifecycle
  • Assist with rollouts, upgrades, and desktop refresh projects
  • Support clinical staff and ensure IT readiness


Requirements:

  • Strong experience in desktop support and IT operations
  • Expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, VPN, Citrix
  • Knowledge of hardware, imaging, and data migration
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
