Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support in clinical environments. This role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting end-users, managing IT assets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite and remote IT support using ServiceNow
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support onboarding, installations, and user requests
- Manage IT assets, shipping, and device lifecycle
- Assist with rollouts, upgrades, and desktop refresh projects
- Support clinical staff and ensure IT readiness
Requirements:
- Strong experience in desktop support and IT operations
- Expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, VPN, Citrix
- Knowledge of hardware, imaging, and data migration
- Good communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
