What We’re Looking For

• :3+ years in AI/ML, Data Scientist, or related rol
• eStrong Python & production-level system development experienc
• eHands-on experience building and deploying GenAI and LLM systems, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector database
• sExperience with AWS, Docker, GitHub, and modern DevOps practice
• sSolid understanding of ML concepts and deploying models at scal
• eStrong problem-solving, communication, and ownership mindse
• tDesign, evaluate, and productionize GenAI model
• sOptimize prompts, pipelines, and system performance (latency, cost, scalability
• )Develop robust backend integrations for real-time & batch AI solution
• sImplement monitoring, evaluation, and observability framework
• sCollaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to solve complex problem
