Senior Data Analyst

Description

TEKsystems is seeking a Data Analyst to design, build, and deliver impactful reports and dashboards that support decision-making throughout one of our clients organizations. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to help drive business performance, enhance quality, and optimize operational processes.

Reporting & Analytics Development

•Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements for reports, metrics and dashboards

•Develop a deep understanding of business operations and data usage

•Provide guidance on data management standards and best practices

•Serve as a subject matter expert for data engineering teams and technology partners

•Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to multiple audiences

•Identify trends and perform root cause analysis

•Ensure reports are intuitive, visually clear, and actionable for non-technical users.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warrenville, IL.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
