Senior Counsel, Data Center Leasing

Location: Texas (Headquarters), Open to Fully Remote

Salary: $180,000 - 220,000 base + bonus + equity options

Position Overview:

We are working with a growing infrastructure organization across North America. They are seeking an experienced Senior Counsel with a focus on Data Center Leasing to join their Legal team.

Responsibilities:

This role will drive complex commercial real estate and infrastructure transactions, with a particular focus on:

• hyperscale data center leases, colocation agreements, build-to-suit deals, power and capacity commitments, and long-term commercial arrangements.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

4+ years of legal experience, with substantial exposure to:

• Commercial real estate transactions, and/or
• Data center leasing, hyperscale transactions, colocation agreements, or cloud infrastructure deals.
