Compensation: $45–$60/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Overview
A high-growth manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support increased hiring demand. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for technical and manufacturing positions while partnering closely with leadership to efficiently deliver top talent in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, and quality roles
- Manage interview scheduling and partner with hiring managers to move candidates efficiently through the process
- Collaborate with third-party agencies and external recruiting partners
- Track candidate activity and maintain accuracy within the ATS
- Assist with offer creation and support onboarding efforts
- Proactively manage hiring timelines and ensure a strong candidate experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Manufacturing recruiting experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
