Who: An experienced paralegal with 5+ years of supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment with strong organizational and communication skills.


What: Provide comprehensive legal and operational support to a team of 6 attorneys, including document preparation, legal research, client communication, and workflow management.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Paralegal to support a team of 6 attorneys in a dynamic boutique law firm environment. This individual will play a key role in managing legal workflows, preparing and reviewing documents, coordinating client communications, and ensuring efficient day-to-day legal operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in legal support, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.

● Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare, review, and manage legal documents across multiple practice areas
  • Conduct legal research and support case and transactional workflows
  • Coordinate client communications and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and matter tracking
  • Support compliance filings, entity formations, and corporate records maintenance
  • Assist with process improvements and overall workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth legal operations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience supporting multiple attorneys
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with legal technology platforms (e.g., Clio, Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar) preferred
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining collaboration
