This position will support the Sr. Manager to collaborate with cross-functional teams who lead the strategy, roadmap prioritization, journey/experience mapping, and the identification of opportunities to improve the experience, all through the customer lens.


The Role

We're looking for a bilingual Creative Copywriter (English/Spanish) who understands how language shapes perception and emotion. You'll transform insights into stories and write with nuance in both languages - keeping cultural authenticity at the heart of every idea.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Concept and write copy for integrated Brand and Direct Response campaigns across social, digital, print, and video.
  • Adapt and localize copy between English and Spanish while preserving tone and intent.
  • Contribute to brainstorms, creative reviews, and client presentations.
  • Development of relevant in-language communications to ensure we deliver an industry-leading customer experience across multiple digital customer service channels.
  • Actively and consistently support all content creation, management, quality control, and delivery of Spanish-language and bilingual communications.
  • Support the Sr. Manager in implementing and centralizing the enterprise-wide content creation process to ensure a cohesive, customer-centric experience across all languages.
  • Apply bilingual copywriting skills; must have advanced knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures for writing copy for print, web, and digital platforms.
  • Blend an array of ideas and concepts into a single cohesive message while maintaining brand voice.
  • Write clear and persuasive copy for multiple media platforms, including:
  • Billing, appointment reminders, service changes
  • Outage & troubleshooting communications
  • Mobile, Internet, and Video onboarding and lifecycle content
  • Collections, Retail collateral, in-store posters, support content
  • Spanish-language content across company.net website, their App and TV App, IVR, Virtual Agent, Self-Service Activation microsites
  • Update and maintain the universal Spanish-language glossary and terminology checklists to ensure consistency of tone/voice.
  • Guide and manage multiple marketing and creative agencies; establish and oversee a content ticket request tool for internal stakeholders, including timelines, QC procedures, and standards.
  • Deliver end-to-end content for customer engagement and marketing campaigns using digital tactics; develop tracking, optimize CTAs/landing experiences, and prepare/analyze campaign results.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

This role requires bilingual (English-Spanish) copywriting expertise, demonstrated experience working within or alongside Advertising agencies, strong Spanish-language content development abilities, creativity, technical proficiency, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in Spanish-language content management, content QC, customer experience, and operations.

  • Direct Response expertise is a must
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish.
  • Must have bilingual (English-Spanish) copywriting experience, including adapting and transcreating content across platforms.
  • Must have prior experience working in a Advertising agency or managing agency partners with demonstrated success delivering large-scale content initiatives.

  • Excellent command of English and Spanish with mastery of sentence structure, context, syntax, and grammar.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Education

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience


Related Work Experience

  • Experience in English and Spanish-language content development/copy editing, proofing, QC and developing content/programs to improve customer experience - 5+ years
  • Project management experience - 3+ years ability to multi-task and handle large volume of projects and demanding deadlines
