Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Senior Consultant to provide consulting services to our clients, with expertise collecting and analyzing data and proficiency presenting findings to groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain projects, process improvement, and project management within a consulting environment. This role requires use of business experience and analytical savvy to plan, manage and execute significant workstreams within complex assessment and implementation projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct end-to-end supply chain assessments
Identifying performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
2. Develop supply chain strategies
Covering planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, sustainability, and resilience.
3. Design future state operating models and processes
Including governance structures and “tobe” workflow design.
4. Build business cases and ROI models
Evaluating pros/cons, risks, and impacts of solution options.
5. Translate complex issues into executive ready recommendations
Synthesizing information into clear insights.
6. Perform advanced data analysis
Demand forecasting, inventory optimization, network modeling, supplier performance, trend identification.
7. Assess and recommend technology solutions
ERP, WMS, TMS, planning tools, and related systems.
8. Ensure analytical rigor and quality across deliverables
Maintaining consulting grade clarity, structure, and impact.
9. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and executive presentations
Driving alignment and stakeholder engagement.
10. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
Navigating conflict, managing expectations, and influencing outcomes.
11. Lead and develop project teams
Providing direction, coaching, feedback, and quality oversight.
12. Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources
Breaking work into activities and monitoring progress.
13. Guide clients through change management
Communicating rationale, identifying champions, and supporting knowledge transfer.
14. Support implementation of new processes and technologies
Including vendor selection, configuration decisions, pilots, and rollout support.
15. Develop training, communications, and adoption strategies
Ensuring successful capability building and behavior change.
16. Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans as needed
Ensuring solutions remain effective, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
17. Identify opportunities to expand client engagements
Supporting business development and cross sell opportunities.
18. Contribute to thought leadership and industry presence
