Senior Construction Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Manager of Project Management for a top MedTech/CDMO client. This leader will oversee a team of Project Managers while owning the operational rigor and governance of a highly regulated project environment. The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence, a passion for coaching teams, and deep experience managing complex lab, infrastructure, and facilities initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring project reliability, regulatory compliance, and clear communication with senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.

Day-to-Day:

• Provide leadership, guidance, and escalation support
• Ensure strong operational controls and project governance
• Maintain a consistent cadence of reliability and reporting
• Oversee 1–2 key initiatives related to: Lab updates, Infrastructure and facilities improvements, and utilities and equipment upgrades
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Drive PMO standards, processes, and best practices across projects

Must-Haves:

• PMP Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Industrial Engineering preferred)
• 8+ years of project management experience
• CDMO / Contract Manufacturing experience
• Experience working in regulated environments (FDA, hospitals, labs)

Plusses:

• Experience reporting to executive leadership or boards
• Lab, facilities, or infrastructure project exposure
• Experience managing PMO frameworks and governance
• Multi-site project oversight
