Senior Construction Project Manager

The Senior Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating project teams, managing construction schedules, developing project budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. The role will act as a primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN.

• Proficiency in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Strong skills in Project Coordination and overall Project Management
• Experience with Budgeting and financial oversight for construction projects
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain clear communication across teams
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in construction
• Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and decision-making under tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Proven track record of managing large-scale or complex construction projects is an advantage
