For more information, visit kymetacorp.comJOB SUMMARYThe senior configuration management specialist atKymetais a key role in our product development and production process. You willfacilitatetransitions through design phases of our new product development process, coordinate configuration updates and change approvals, and align our Enterprise Resource Planning and Product Lifecycle Management systems. You will interact day-to-day with Engineering Operations Procurement and Contract Manufacturing personnel to resolve issues and ensure that the design and production needs are satisfied and thatKymetameets or exceeds customer quality expectations.This position is based at our facility in Woodinville,WAand reports to theKymetaQuality MangerKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Owns andstewardscompany’s configuration management data and compliance to procedures – ISO
  • Periodically evaluating and selecting new PLM tools for the company
  • Reviewing and processing engineering change orders for accuracy according to configuration management review processes
  • Following up with cross functional team members to implement change orders ina timelyfashion
  • Oversees the Change Board process including scheduling team meeting, managing the overallprocessand assuring related actions are complete
  • Updating and reviewing item master data inKymeta’sERP systemin accordance withongoing changes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Conducting BOM audits, item obsolescence reviews, and product regulatory audits
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Detailed experience and management responsibilities for a broad range of PLM tools with expert knowledge of Arena’s PLM software.
  • Detailed experience with Oracle or other ERP data entry/management processes
  • Strong senseof ownership to all assigned areas of responsibility and proventrack recordin driving continuous improvement in those areas.
  • Ability to communicate information using standard Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Office, Power Point,Projectand Visio
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience generating andmaintainingproduct Configuration Management.
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering
  • 3rd party certification in Configuration Management is desirable but notrequired
COMPENSATIONKymetais committed to fair andequitablecompensation practices. In the spirit of pay transparency, we have determined the salary range for this position to be$90,000- $140,000.This is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would be atypical,in order toallow for future and continued salary growth. Compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limitedto:skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and geography. The total compensation package for this position includes an annual target bonus of 10%, stock options, and benefits listed below.
