Position Summary

Senior Commercial Printing Estimator responsible for delivering accurate, strategic cost estimates, driving pricing strategy, and optimizing profitability for complex print projects. Works cross-functionally to align customer needs with production capabilities and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates covering materials, labor, and overhead
• Develop competitive pricing strategies and improve profit margins
• Identify cost optimization and process improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production on feasibility and timelines
• Analyze historical data to refine estimates and pricing models
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial printing estimating experience
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and estimating/ERP systems
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Leadership ability with a focus on continuous improvement
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
