Key Responsibilities
• Represent individuals, business entities, and major credit grantors in complex commercial litigation matters.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeals in state and federal courts.
• Provide strategic pre-litigation counseling and risk assessment to minimize exposure and resolve disputes efficiently.
• Draft, review, and negotiate litigation-related documents such as demand letters, settlement agreements, and consent judgments.
• Develop case strategies and advocate for clients in courtrooms, depositions, and negotiations.

Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience as a Commercial Litigation Attorney or Litigation Associate Attorney.
• Active Illinois Bar membership required (IL Bar required).
• Proven ability to manage litigation matters independently from complaint through resolution.
• Strong courtroom presence and experience handling depositions and negotiations.
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of litigation processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Multi-state bar admission (e.g., Wisconsin) is a plus.
