Key Responsibilities
• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters across industries.
• Conduct advanced legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage discovery, trial preparation, and litigation strategy from inception to resolution.
• Appear in court and demonstrate strong advocacy in hearings and trials.
• Advise clients on legal rights, risks, and obligations.

• Demonstrated leadership and client management abilities.
