Facilitate implementation of design changes, process improvements, and pilot new products.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, electrical) and international counterparts.
Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and technical expertise.
Adhere to company and client drafting standards and procedures.
Conduct periodic quality checks and support project documentation. Develop and enhance processes, tools, and potentially implement new technologies into the design process.

Contribute to the progress and growth of departmental tools and workflows aimed at improving the effectiveness of design processes, specification development, and project implementation.

Possess a Diploma or Degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution.
Have a minimum of four years and a maximum of seven years of experience in the field of Substation Transmission & Distribution, Renewable (Onshore & Offshore wind/ Solar), BESS projects.
Experience on working in Raster image files.
Preferably familiar with US projects. Experience of working in a drafting & design role on National Electricity Code and other utility Codes and Standards applicable in the US will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with AutoCAD Script and E-Plan for Engineering design is desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office programs, including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Self-motivated and eager learner, aptitude to grow and develop within the field.
