Job Description:
Key job responsibilities
- Purchasing materials and equipment from suppliers, including electro-mechanical assemblies, electronic components, PCB assemblies, hardware, and non-inventory items.
- Managing supplier relationships and KPIs reported to senior Supply Chain leadership
- Providing inputs to monthly scorecards and presenting procurement data during quarterly business reviews.
- Planning material requirements, managing inventory levels, managing schedules in our ERP system, and successfully communicating these requirements to our suppliers.
- Identifying supply chain material risks and providing transparent monitoring of material flow.
- Working collaboratively with Planning to communicate supply chain risks and mitigation strategies to the end users.
- Developing efficient and accurate mechanisms for monitoring and updating open purchase orders, expedites, and delivery requirements.
- Assisting the Global Commodity Management team with maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring supplier performance, addressing supply issues, and developing new products and programs.
- Resolving PO receiving errors and assisting with invoice reconciliation.
- Managing supplier returns, including non-conformance reports, return material authorizations, and processing MRB material.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and leading a cross-functional team to implement them.
Additionally:
- Successful candidates will be highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proficient with computer software (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
- An understanding of data management and databases is also a plus.
- The candidate must be able to work in a highly demanding, but collegial environment where teamwork is a must.

- Excel (proficient)
- Experience within ERP software (use Oracle on the team, but not required) – run procurement with ERP
Years of Experience
- 5+ YOE
- Really strong resumes with examples of high-volume scope would be open to 3-4 YOE
Degree/ Certification Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree, but would like to see a Master's
