About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a high-visibility team supporting customer-facing digital initiatives, with a strong emphasis on web portal and customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned BA who can bridge business needs and technology solutions while bringing strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills to the table.
This role is ideal for someone who is not only strong in core business analysis, but also forward-thinking and comfortable working in an environment where AI capabilities, tools, and adoption are becoming increasingly important.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements
- Support initiatives focused on customer-facing and web portal experiences
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and process documentation
- Facilitate meetings, discovery sessions, and discussions across cross-functional teams
- Create polished, high-quality documentation including BRDs, process flows, use cases, and business communications
- Help ensure solutions align with business goals, user needs, and operational priorities
- Work closely with teams to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and innovation
- Contribute to an environment that is open to leveraging AI tools and AI-driven thinking to improve business processes and outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
- Proven background supporting customer-facing platforms, web portals, or digital experience initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong articulation, presentation, and documentation abilities
- Ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
- Strong business judgment and professionalism
- Solid understanding of business value, process improvement, and requirements traceability
- Exposure to or strong understanding of AI concepts, tools, and business applications
- Must be open to learning, using, and supporting AI-related initiatives

- Senior-level BA who is polished, credible, and confident in front of stakeholders
- Someone who can bring structure to ambiguity and produce clear, actionable documentation
- Comfortable operating in hybrid environments with strong collaboration across teams
- Local to the the area and able to commute onsite 3 days per week
