As an IT Business Analysis Specialist II you will be a member of the QAD Functional Team supporting projects and initiatives that support the global ERP for Aerospace. In this position, you will collaborate with business partners, customers, internal IT teams, and external consultants. You will lead large/complex projects, manage day-to-day support requests, capture business requirements, collaborate with colleagues on system improvements, facilitate user acceptance testing, and act as the liaison between IT and business functions. The role will touch all aspects of the ERP from Financials, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing, Record to Report, Forecast to Plan, and Order to Cash. The incumbent will be expected to have strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, These skills will be critical in the delivery of large projects and building trust with our business partners. This position will be in our Pittsburgh, PA or Sylmar, CA (Los Angeles) offices.
