Senior Bridge Inspector

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Bridge Inspection Engineer – Team Leader to join our Transportation Group. Responsibilities

• Lead and perform field inspections of bridges and related structures.
• Collaborate with a specialized team to conduct thorough assessments.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with engineering standards.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Travel as necessary to conduct site visits and inspections.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering.
• EIT certification required.
• Professional Engineer preferred; Structural Engineer license highly desirable.
• Two or more years of experience in bridge inspection and/or bridge design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel for inspections.

• Completion of NHI bridge inspection courses is preferred but not required.
• Engineering technicians with relevant bridge inspection experience are encouraged to apply.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality.

This role requires the ability to work outdoors performing field inspections and the willingness to travel for site visits and inspection assignments. Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Quincy, IL.

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
