Our client is a successful A&E firm, and they are currently searching for an experienced BIM Technician. This is a full-time/direct hire opening. Our client has been around since the late 1940’s and has never had a layoff. The average associate tenure is more than 10 years. There are several employees who started their career as a co-op and reached retirement, all with our client.

• The current opening is for a SR BIM/CAD Technician. Main duties include:Oversee BIM processes for Structural, Civil, and Environmental engineering teams
• Stay current with BIM technology trends, software updates, and industry best practices
• Create and maintain BIM models and drawing templates throughout project lifecycles
• Provide training and technical support for team members
• Lead project BIM setup and ensure accuracy and compliance

• Qualifications include:Associate degree is required
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar function
• Relevant experience in BIM and CAD environments
• Expert level proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Ability to read and interpret structural and civil drawings
• Strong technical ability, problem-solver, analytical
• Excellent communicator both verbally and written
