Senior Attorney Recruiting Specialist

A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Recruiting Specialist to support lateral hiring. This is a high-impact role within a sophisticated recruiting team, offering exposure to strategic hiring initiatives and direct partnership with firm leadership. This role will sit hybrid in D.C.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end lateral associate recruiting processes, ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience
• Partner with attorneys and leadership on market insights, hiring needs, and recruiting strategy
• Coordinate recruiting events, outreach initiatives, and employer branding efforts
• Analyze recruiting data and prepare reports to inform decision-making
• Supervise junior team members and support overall team operations
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, employment laws, and best practices

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in legal recruiting or professional services
• Prior experience supporting lateral associate hiring (litigation and/or tax preferred)
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience mentoring or supervising team members is a plus
