Terrell Marshall Law Group is a Seattle-based firm looking for a highly motivated and skilled senior associate or junior partner attorney with five to ten years of experience to join our nationwide practice representing workers, consumers, and other individuals whose rights have been violated in individual, class action, and complex litigation. Our practice includes wage and hour, consumer protection, and civil rights class actions, but we often take cases outside those areas that offer an opportunity to challenge wrongful conduct. The Terrell Marshall team includes seasoned trial attorneys who have won individual and class cases and highly respected appellate attorneys.
Our senior associates and junior partners manage cases and do meaningful work, often on cutting-edge legal issues, in state and federal courts throughout the country. They enjoy the challenge of delving into new areas of law and participating in all aspects of civil litigation, including managing client relationships, investigating and developing new cases, motion practice, discovery and depositions, mediation, and trials. They work both independently and collaboratively with our dynamic team of attorneys, paralegals, and administrative professionals, as well as co-counsel from private and non-profit law firms that share our commitment to social justice.
The firm’s commitment to social justice extends beyond case selection. We offer attorneys and staff up to twelve hours of paid time for participation in social justice activities, such as challenging institutional racism, serving as protest observers, and protecting voting rights.
