Job Profile Summary:
The Senior Associate, Manufacturing Culture & Communications supports the development and execution of site culture, engagement, and strategic communications initiatives across the manufacturing organization. This role acts as a key contributor in translating site priorities into clear, actionable messaging and driving workforce engagement through effective communication, storytelling, and event execution. The position partners closely with site leadership to reinforce a people-centric, continuous improvement and quality-focused culture and enable effective adoption of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Culture Support & Reinforcement
Support implementation of site culture initiatives aligned with safety, quality, and continuous improvement expectations
Reinforce desired behaviors by translating cultural expectations into practical, frontline-relevant messaging
Identify opportunities to improve engagement and help address gaps through communication and visibility
Strategic Communications Execution
Execute communication plans for key site initiatives (e.g., productivity, cost improvement, quality programs)
Translate complex operational topics into clear, understandable messaging for frontline associates
Develop and maintain communication materials across multiple channels
Event Planning & Publicity
Coordinate and support site events, including town halls, recognition events, and CIP showcases
Drive engagement through event promotion, multi-layered communications, and follow-up storytelling
Ensure events reinforce site priorities and cultural expectations
Change Management Support
Support communication efforts for site changes and initiatives
Ensure consistent messaging across teams
Gather feedback to improve communication effectiveness
Content Development & Storytelling
Create engaging content that highlights site successes and best practices
Capture and communicate strong performance examples
Connect daily work to broader business outcomes
