We are currently seeking a Senior Litigation Associate with 5+ years of experience, including commercial litigation matters, to fill an immediate position in our Albany, New York office.

Signing Bonus Potential.

• Handle a wide range of complex litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Trial experience.
• Draft Complaint, Response, Motion, Discovery, Meet & Confers
• Take and defend depositions, including expert depositions.
• Attend hearings and trials, attend pre-trial conferences on State and Federal Court matters.
• Retain expert witnesses and develop trial strategies.
• Provide guidance and counsel to clients.
• Negotiate and settle cases.
• Independently manage a caseload.
• Document all legal action and communication on case files through firm software.

• Admitted to practice in the State of New York and Northern District of New York required, other jurisdictions a plus.
• At least 5 years of legal experience.

Base pay range of $115,000 to $155,000 commensurate with experience.
