We are looking for an Art Director + Graphic Designer that will help design and evolve Apex’s creative deliverables to be class-leading and tell our clients’ stories the best.
You’re a great candidate if this sounds like you …
- Have expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma, Keynote, and PowerPoint
- Are able to manage multiple creative projects at once
- Love to research and elevate brands with fresh design ideas
- Stay current on the latest design trends and technology that influences what’s next in visual communications
- Can confidently articulate your design rationale and visual strategy to internal leadership and in client presentations
- Have 7+ years of design experience in a fast-paced agency setting
Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do...
- Develop concepts from creative briefs and see them through all phases of production
- Create program themes and visual identities across graphic, environmental, and scenic elements
- Create client presentations and participate in client meetings to help present and defend creative ideas
- Work closely with strategists, writers, and other creative team members to establish new benchmarks in visual communications and creative deliverables
Bonus Experience (not required)
- Bachelor’s degree in communication design, visual arts, advertising, or a related field
- Proficiency in After Effects, motion graphics, web design, or front-end email coding
- Experience working on automotive or aviation industry projects
