  • Prepare scope and budget documentation for analysis.
  • Coordinate design requirements across clients, consultants, and the project team.
  • Organize, prepare, and present in client design presentations.
  • Select, present, and specify furniture, finishes, and accessories.
  • Manage furniture bid documents, analyze dealer responses, and review specifications.
  • Assemble design development packages into construction documents, including millwork and special construction details.
  • Review engineering documents, shop drawings, and submittals against design intent.
  • Visit the project site during construction.

Qualifications

  • 4 to 7 years of continuous design experience in corporate, commercial, or workplace interiors.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, plus Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to produce photo-realistic renderings in Enscape and AI-driven software.

  • Working command of schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
  • A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to run multiple projects in a fast-paced studio.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

What the studio offers

  • Close work with the Creative Director and direct client time, the path this level needs to grow into a Project Designer track
  • A modern tech stack with AI-driven rendering already in the workflow
