TITLE: EDI Analyst (onsite 4 days- North Dallas, Texas)

Our client is looking for an EDI Analyst to play a critical role in keeping their e-commerce systems running smoothly and efficiently. This hands-on position will focus on doing end-to-end EDI implementations of new trading partners, as well as monitoring and production support for the EDI environment.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in systems integration & EDI management.
- Solid background supporting ERP and WMS integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience in monitoring and production support of EDI transactions
- Experience with end-to-end implementations of new trading partners with AS2 communications.
- Experience with XML/JSON and FTP/SFTP
- Experience with Requirements gathering, EDI Mapping, etc.
Preferred but not required:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience with E-commerce; big box retailers a plus
- Familiarity with Lanham EDI or other Business Central-integrated EDI solutions.
- Knowledge of marketplace and integration platforms (Rithum, Folio3, Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.).
- SQL experience for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor order, inventory, and shipment data across all sales channels to ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Troubleshoot and resolve EDI and integration issues that impact fulfillment, finance, and operations.
- Manage daily EDI transactions (including 850, 855, 856, 810, and 846) and assist with onboarding new trading partners using AS2 communications.
- Participate in system testing, upgrades, and initiatives to expand omnichannel capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve data quality, and increase overall efficiency.
- Translate technical issues into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all integration processes and EDI mappings.
- Partner closely with teams across IT, operations, logistics, sales, and finance.
- Support and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, and third-party logistics providers.
- Work with integration and middleware platforms such as Rithum (ChannelAdvisor), Folio3, Celigo, Boomi, and similar tools.
