Title:Senior Analyst – Global Professional Services Operations & PMO

Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Global Professional Services Operations & PMO to support the operational and financial management of our global Professional Services organization. This role will play a key part in driving NetSuite PSA excellence, improving services financial visibility, and enabling data-driven decision-making across regions.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in NetSuite PSA, services financial operations, and PMO-style governance, and is comfortable partnering with global stakeholders across Professional Services, Finance, and Sales Operations.

What you will do

Professional Services Operations & Financials

• Act as a NetSuite PSA subject matter expert supporting project setup, resourcing, time & expense, forecasting, billing readiness, and data quality.
• Support services revenue, margin, utilization, backlog, and forecast accuracy across the global PS portfolio.
• Partner with Finance on services P&L analysis, cost tracking (W2, CW, offshore/CoE), and monthly/quarterly close activities.
• Ensure PSA data integrity, compliance with financial policies, and audit readiness.

PMO & Portfolio Governance

• Support the global Professional Services PMO, providing visibility into project health, risks, and escalations.
• Monitor project performance across scope, schedule, cost, and margin; flag risks and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with project managers and regional PS leaders to improve project hygiene and execution discipline.
• Support services deal reviews and complex project structures in collaboration with Finance and Sales Ops.

Reporting & Analytics

• Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards and reports for PS leadership.
• Deliver actionable insights on trends, performance gaps, and operational risks.
• Improve reporting timeliness, standardization, and self-service capabilities.

Process Improvement & Enablement

• Identify and drive process improvements across PSA workflows, PMO practices, and services operations.
• Support PSA enhancements, automation initiatives, and system integrations.
• Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and training materials to support global adoption.

What makes you an ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Operations, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services Operations, Services Finance, PMO, or a related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite PSA (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of services business models (utilization, margin, billable vs non-billable, forecasting).
• Experience supporting a global or multi-region Professional Services organization.
• Exposure to PSA implementations, migrations, or major process transformations.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) alongside NetSuite reporting.
• Background in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology services organizations.
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
