Who We Are
Broadstreet Impact Services is an impact financial services company with two connected businesses: fund services and fund management. We support impact investing, where funds pursue financial returns and measurable real-world outcomes. We provide fund administration and operational support to fund managers and manage select investment vehicles directly, including private loan funds and a specialized tax credit investing platform (the federal New Markets Tax Credit program). Across our platform, we manage about $500M in assets through funds we operate and oversee, and we administer about $1.9B in assets under administration for clients.
The Role
The Senior Analyst will work closely with Fund Managers and Vice Presidents to oversee multi-asset loan funds and New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) funds. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing financial models, leading investor relations efforts, supporting asset and portfolio management, and conducting financial analysis to monitor fund performance. The Senior Analyst will also play a key role in fund operations, including reporting, capital activity tracking, and ensuring compliance with fund agreements and program requirements.
The Fund Management (FM) team serves as the primary point of contact for Broadstreet’s Fund Services clients. The team is responsible for fund development, financial structuring and modeling, investor relations, asset and portfolio management, and credit decision-making, while also overseeing fund operations, including capital decisions, administrative activities, and investor reporting.
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $72,000–$82,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
