Join Quest Diagnostics as a Senior Analyst – Finance Enabling Technology Automation (RPA & AI) and be a key driver in transforming our Finance operations. We are seeking a motivated and innovative individual who will leverage their leadership, process-driven mindset, analytical prowess, and technical skills to develop and implement intelligent automation solutions, including RPA and Agentic AI, across the Quest Diagnostics Finance team, directly supporting the Manager Finance RPA efforts.
This role requires a unique blend of Finance business process knowledge, process improvement, management excellence, and technical-strategic skills. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of automations, including project management, documentation, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
This is a hybrid position based out of West Norriton, PA (3 days per week in-office). Consideration may be given to remote candidates.
Drive Automation Strategy: Partner with the Manager to proactively identify, assess, and champion automation opportunities across the Finance team.
Ensure Governance and Compliance: Work closely with Information Technology and Audit to guarantee all automation solutions adhere to enterprise compliance, risk management, and information security guidelines.
Lead Full-Cycle Development: Own the end-to-end development process, including constructing and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable automations using RPA, Agentic AI, and other enabling technologies (Power BI, Power Query, VBA, Python).
Manage Comprehensive Testing: Direct and oversee all testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end process testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure flawless deployment.
Drive Problem Resolution: Lead the problem identification and error resolution process, including tracking, repairing, and reporting on defects to maintain the health of automation solutions.
Develop High-Quality Documentation: Author and maintain all essential life-cycle deliverables, including requirements specifications, solution design documents, operational runbooks (SOPs), and training materials.
Coordinate Stakeholder Approval: Manage the sign-off process with business and technical stakeholders to certify the successful deployment and results of new automations.
Support Quality Assurance: Contribute to and support all QA activities as needed to ensure the highest quality of deliverables.
Pay Range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
