We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who is tired of the "churn and burn" agency model and wants to work directly with the CEO to shape a new standard for brand growth.
The Role
This is a high-autonomy, high-impact position for a "Go-Getter" who requires zero hand-holding. You will be the primary architect for our clients' Amazon presence, managing everything from listing health to inventory forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Profit Management: You won't just look at ACOS. You will manage Amazon's "Ancillary Costs" (IPF, storage, LTS, low-inventory fees) to ensure every client meets their profit targets.
- 3PL & Inventory Oversight: Collaborate with the Navira warehouse team to ensure inventory levels are lean but sufficient.
- Listing & Marketing Optimization: Directing the Navira creative team to execute high-converting listings and aggressive (yet profitable) PPC strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the "Growth Partner" for brands, leading monthly deep-dive calls into their actual profitability dashboards.
Who You Are
- Agency Veteran: 4+ years of experience as an Account Manager at a high-end Amazon agency. You’ve seen it all and know how to navigate Seller Central in your sleep.
- Profit-Obsessed: You understand that a $1M month means nothing if the net margin is $0. You have a deep understanding of Amazon’s fee structures.
- Autonomous Leader: You thrive in a "No Hand-Holding" environment. You are comfortable being the expert in the room and providing direct feedback to the CEO.
