Senior AI Engineer (LLM & Python)

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer (LLM & Python) to work out of Dallas, TX

Required Skills:

• Design and build AI-driven internal tools using Python and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
• Architect scalable systems for automation, code analysis, and developer workflows
• Develop secure API integrations (auth, key management, rate limiting, resiliency)
• Integrate with Azure DevOps and GitHub (repos, PRs, pipelines)
• Partner with DevOps to implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines
• Drive prompt engineering and optimize LLM workflows
• Own database design and data architecture (SQL)
• Establish engineering best practices, code reviews, and documentation
• Mentor junior engineers and influence engineering culture
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools and frameworks

Preferred Skills:

• Strong Python experience building production-grade systems
• Deep experience with REST APIs and secure integrations
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Experience integrating LLM/AI APIs into real-world applications
• Strong understanding of Git workflows and code reviews
• Solid database and SQL experience
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end
• Strong problem-solving and architectural skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
