LHH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to support senior-level leaders in a fast-paced professional environment. This is a contract opportunity ideal for someone experienced in executive-level administrative support who thrives on managing details, anticipating needs, and keeping operations running smoothly. This position is fully onsite in Charlotte, NC Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior leaders
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritizing meetings
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and handle logistics
  • Serve as a key point of contact for leaders, exercising discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with travel coordination and expense tracking as needed
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of integrity
  • Support day-to-day office operations and assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience supporting executives or senior leadership in an administrative role
  • Strong calendar management and meeting coordination experience
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • High level of professionalism with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with common office tools (e.g., Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and adapt in a fast-moving environment
