Job Title: Senior Accounting Manager – Intercompany & Transfer Pricing
Location: San Rafael, CA (100% Remote (U.S.)
Pay Rate: $96–98/hour
Duration: 1-year W2 Assignment (potential to extend / convert)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accounting Manager to support intercompany centralization, transfer pricing execution, and global close activities within a complex, multi-entity environment.
This role will play a key part in driving process improvements, supporting system stabilization initiatives, and preparing the organization for continued global growth. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, and SAP systems, along with a strong ability to lead cross-functional initiatives while remaining hands-on.
Key Responsibilities
Intercompany Centralization & Process Ownership
- Support the design and implementation of a centralized intercompany operating model
- Drive process improvements across intercompany accounting (reconciliation, invoicing, netting, settlements)
- Partner with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, AP, and Order-to-Cash teams
- Develop and maintain SOPs to support scalability and audit readiness
Transfer Pricing Execution
- Execute transfer pricing processes including allocations, royalties, and cross-charges
- Utilize SAP PaPM for calculations, automation, and reporting
- Collaborate with Tax to ensure alignment with transfer pricing policies
SAP Stabilization & Process Optimization
- Support SAP S/4HANA stabilization efforts
- Identify and implement automation and system enhancements
Global Close & Reporting
- Support month-end close activities and intercompany reconciliations
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across entities
Project Management & Integration
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and support acquisition integrations
- Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders
Process Improvement Initiatives
- Drive automation and efficiency improvements
- Enhance reporting capabilities and support long-term centralization strategy
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Accounting or Finance experience
- Strong background in intercompany accounting and transfer pricing
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and PaPM (required)
- Proven experience in process improvement and system optimization
- Solid understanding of global close and consolidation processes
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- CPA designation
- Prior leadership or project management experience
- Experience working across global, cross-functional teams
