Senior Accountant - Lewisville - Hybrid (90k-100k)

LHH is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a well-established and growing organization. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who excels in financial reporting, general ledger management, and analytical review. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in GAAP, experience working with modern accounting systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative yet independent environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
• Analyze financial data such as costs, revenues, and obligations to support forecasting and planning
• Assist with month-end close processes and reporting activities
• Review and support the work of junior staff as needed
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial operations and reporting needs

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Experience with accounting systems (e.g., ERP platforms such as Workday or NetSuite)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• CPA designation or progress toward certification preferred
